Processing Time
Standard (non-personalized) items are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Personalized items (including custom prints and keepsakes) are processed within 3–7 business days, as each piece is made specifically for your family.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• United States: 3–7 business days (standard) / 1–3 business days (expedited)
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, and customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders over [your threshold, e.g. $75] within [country/region].
International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors, your building mailroom, and your local post office first.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 7 days. We will send a replacement at no cost.
