Refund policy

At Pride & Joy Gifts, we want you to love everything you receive. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized specifically for your family, our return policy reflects the nature of how they’re made.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Because personalized items (such as custom framed prints, personalized keepsakes, and made-to-order products) are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If your personalized item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an error in the information we produced, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake and reship it to you at no cost.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items (such as apparel, journals, and home goods without custom details) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label or instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

We do not require you to return damaged items.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will correct the order immediately at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Personalized orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify personalized items.

Non-personalized orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
